The PitCrew TV View can be adjusted to show different information on the TV screen. These options help tailor the display to best fit the team's needs.
TV View Settings
Performance Badges
- Enabling Performance Badges will allow users to quickly determine which bay has the Lowest Average Service time.
Past Services Icons
- Enabling Past Services Icons allows the team to easily review the status of past services in each bay.
- If a service is On Time, the icon is a green checkmark. If the service was At Risk, the icon is a yellow exclamation point. If the service was Delayed, a red X icon is shown.
- As the day progresses, the Past Services Icons from past services will be displayed, as shown below.
- User can also enable Past Service Icons to be displayed but without color, shown below. The icons and the information are the same, but some users prefer to mute the color.
Hide KPI Bar
- The TV View defaults to show the KPI Bar, which includes Service Analytics like Service Count.
- Users can hide this information by toggling on "Hide KPI Bar."
How to Adjust TV View Settings
- Go to the Live View page in PitCrew
- Select the "Setting" icon next to the Live View header
- The pop-up menu will show what the settings currently are
- Use the pencil icon to edit the settings

Why It Matters: You can customize your PitCrew TV display to tailor to your team's needs. You can also choose what to show or hide to customers (if they are able to see the TV screen).
