The Daily Report provides a snapshot of service performance for any given day, helping store teams track volume, pacing, and bay-level performance.
How to Access:
- Select Daily Report from the left side navigation on web or the top navigation on mobile
- Use the date drop down in the top right to select the desired date
Sections Include:
- Daily KPI Metrics and Charts
- Service Count
- Service Rate per Hour
- Average Service Duration
- Average Idle Time
- Graphs of these metrics per Bay
- Daily Status Metrics
- Total number of services that were On Target, At Risk, and Delayed
- Visual chart for quick interpretation on web
- Daily Gantt Chart for Review (on web only!)
- Timeline showing services by bay
- Hover over bars for details including vehicle, service times, and duration
Why This Matters: Review performance trends, compare bay productivity, and spot operational bottlenecks on a per-day basis.
