With PitCrew, you can set standard operating hours and configure exceptions like holidays to ensure accurate service tracking and alert timing. Note: this feature is only available on the desktop/laptop version of PitCrew.
Steps:
- Go to Operating Hours
- Use drop-downs to set daily Open and Close times
- To add exceptions, click Add a Date Override and select the special date (e.g., Christmas)
- Set the store as closed, or adjust the hours for that day
- Click Save to lock in your changes

Setting your hours correctly helps PitCrew track service accurately and makes sure alerts only happen when your store is open.
