PitCrew allows users to determine their Target Queue Wait Time. This threshold determines a satisfactory amount of time customers that wait in the queue before service begins.
When a customer waits longer than this threshold, it is captured and displayed in the "Wait Events Above Target" graph on the Weekly Report.
How to Change the Target Queue Wait Time
- Go to the Weekly Report page in PitCrew
- Select the "Setting" icon next to the Weekly Report header
- The pop-up menu will show what the settings currently are
- Use the pencil icon to edit the settings
