Enabling Service Duration Filter

Filter out short service events that may result from moving cars between bays. This will remove any service from dashboards and reporting that is less than the minimum duration.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Store Management using the left panel navigation and select Store Settings
2. Scroll to the Service Duration Filter section
3. Click the pencil icon
4. Toggle ON
5. Enter a minimum duration (e.g., 60 seconds)

Why This Matters: Prevent moving cars from Bay 1 to Bay 2 before service start from affecting service reporting.
