Configure service timing thresholds for each bay to define when services are considered "At Risk" or "Delayed." If services go beyond the "At Risk" threshold, the Bay Card will turn yellow. If services go beyond the "Delay" threshold, the Bay Card will turn red.
You can configure these Bay Thresholds with the steps below.
Steps
- Select Bay Setup from the left side navigation on web or the top navigation on mobile
- Locate the Service Bay you want to update
- Click the pencil icon to edit the thresholds
- Set new values for:
- At-Risk Threshold: e.g. 10 minutes
- Delay Threshold: e.g. 15 minutes
- Click the pencil icon to save
Note: These thresholds will affect services moving forward - it will not change the status of past services. Reports and records will not be recalculated with the new thresholds.

Thresholds determine when alerts are triggered and how services appear in dashboards and reports.
