Set thresholds and notification rules to trigger alerts when the amount of "At Risk" or "Delayed" services in a given time frame exceed your expectations.
Steps:
- Navigate to Alerts using the left panel navigation. Note: this feature is only visible on the desktop/laptop version of PitCrew.
- Click the pencil icon next to At Risk or Delayed Service Alerts
- Toggle the alert ON
- Define timeframe and threshold (e.g., 2 services delayed within a 60 minute timeframe)
- Add recipient emails or phone numbers
Click the pencil icon again to save
Why This Matters: Ensure teams are alerted in real time as issues begin to emerge.
