With PitCrew, you can set a daily service goal to track how your store is performing in real time. When enabled, the goal appears in the Live View and in reports as a progress bar and ratio (e.g., 34 / 50).
On the Live View dashboard, the bar color shows your current pace toward the goal, with orange if behind pace and green when on or above pace. Pace is recalculated automatically so progress tracking stays live and up to date.
Steps to Enable or Update the Daily Service Goal
- Navigate to Store Management using the left panel navigation and select Store Settings. Note: this feature is only visible on the desktop/laptop version of PitCrew.
- Scroll to the Daily Service Targets configuration
- Click the pencil icon
- Toggle the Use Service Target to On to enable the goal
- Enter your desired daily service target (e.g. 50) for each day

The Daily Service Targets help you and your team stay on track throughout the day by providing a clear visual indicator of progress. Live pace updates allow you to take timely action if you are falling behind, ensuring your store stays efficient and meets performance targets.
